Using this website
By using this website you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time, and continued use means you accept the current version.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes given through this site or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed once we have seen the vehicle or the premises. Quotes are not a binding contract until the work is booked in.
Appointments
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. Turnaround times depend on the work, the material and the weather, and we will tell you what to expect before we start.
Workmanship and materials
We install to the manufacturer's specification and prep every surface properly. Any warranty on film, coating or wrap material is provided by that manufacturer on their terms; we will tell you what applies to the product you choose.
Legal tint limits
California law restricts how dark front side windows may be tinted and how much of the windshield may be covered. We will advise on the legal limits, but choosing a shade remains your decision and the responsibility for complying with the law rests with the vehicle's owner.
Vehicle and property condition
We will point out existing damage, defective glass or failing paint before we start where we can see it. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults that only become apparent during or after installation.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
